The Omena Historical Society could not exist without the support of many wonderful and generous individuals and organizations. We want to recognize those that have contributed and encourage others to do the same in the future. Our success depends on it. We are a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation and all contributions are tax deductible. Thank you for your support.

Putnam-Cloud Tower House Relocation
The relocation and restoration of the Putnam-Cloud house is a significant undertaking and once completed will be a major achievement in the preservation of Omena's history.

The Omena Historical Society board and its members wish to express our sincere appreciation for the generous support and cooperation provided by the Omena Village Preservation Association, the Province of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and the participating people of the community, without whose help this project would not have been possible.

We also wish to thank Keith Burnham for the use of his excellent photographs of the house relocation. Keith is the editor of the Leland Report.

Special thanks to the volunteers who have put over 4200 hours to date on the project.  We are most grateful to Dusty McDonald and Walt Gaudette for the many days they have spent installing electricity for the house.  It is very much appreciated.

THANKS
